Hi, all! I hope you have had a great week and are looking forward to the upcoming Halloween break. Just to let you know that there will be no edtech blog content this week. I’m taking a little time to put the feet up, relax and enjoy the week off. I also appreciate that you all will have exhausted the batteries after the longest and most demanding term of the academic year. Take a hiatus from everything educational for a few days and Rest, Recharge and Refocus!

However, I will be back next week with a new blog post on: Forms-request Approvals Using Workflows in POWER AUTOMATE.

The blog, which might just change the way you request and/or manage a planned absence cover in your school, will be followed up with a short C2K webinar in December (NI Schools only). I’ll run through the entire process and try to answer some easy questions on the topic. Selective hearing and mic issues are likely to happen if someone throws a difficult question my way!

Local plug!

If you have no plans, are relatively local and looking for a place to celebrate Halloween-in style, then Derry City is the place to be. There are some fantastic things to do for all ages and there’s usually a great buzz about the place.

You can find out more about the festival programme and book any tickets on the official website.

Have a happy and safe Halloween! 🎃👻🍬. See you soon.

P.S., if you have missed out on any of my previous blogs and are determined to ignore my advice on resting, you can have a look at them below. You have been warned!
